Lebanon has shouldered the overwhelming burden of hosting one of the largest populations of refugees in the world, despite its own economic challenges and limited resources. Currently, Lebanon is home to over 1.7 million refugees.

The nation has not only opened its borders but also its heart, providing a sanctuary for Syrian and Palestinian families fleeing war and persecution, despite their own national struggles with poverty and limited resources.

These refugees face an array of harrowing conditions. At least 569 people, including 50 children, have tragically lost their lives in ongoing conflicts. With thousands more wounded and displaced, families are crammed into overcrowded camps, lacking basic necessities such as heating, electricity, and running water.

Over 70% of refugee families live below the poverty line, desperately in need of our support and compassion.
